I acknowledge that I have received and read the conditions and rules of the creche below this form of which I agree to.

Parents can book their children in on any half hour, with a minimum booking of 1 hour (maximum 3hr booking).
A registration form must be completed for each child prior.
All bookings are paid for at the time of making the booking.
Bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance at the reception desk or by calling us.
Drop in is also accepted but is based on availability.

If you can no longer attend, please notify the facility by 7am of the day of the booking. This booking can be transferred to a day within the following 7 days.
A booking can only be transferred once.
Bookings cancelled after 7am are forfeited, and booking fee costs are incurred.

Kids’ registration form required at initial visit
Attendance sign in/out sheet to be completed on each visit
Strict allergy policy – no popcorn, peanut butter, Nutella, nuts (all varieties) or eggs
Please label your children’s food, bottles and belongings
No toys from home
Sick children are refused entry
We ask you to be respectful of all other people in the facility and to maintain social distancing at all times.
Please do not attend a session if you or the child is unwell.
No Shows – From time to time children will be unwell and commitments change, please be reminded to cancel your booking to allow others the opportunity to take the space.
